ALL ORDERS THAT ARE PLACED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE ARE SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BY PLACING AN ORDER IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT YOU HAVE READ, COMPREHENDED AND AGREED WITH THESE TERMS.

These TERM and CONDITIONS are an agreement between you ("CUSTOMER, CLIENT") and RankBoosting.com ("us"). They should be read and understood.  Client acknowledges that by placing an order with RankBoosting.com that they have read, acknowledged and fully understood ALL paragraphs of these TERMS AND CONDITIONS.  

1.  All campaigns/packages are considered active the moment the first visitor (Hits/Traffic) is delivered to the client site or when the first submission was made for your website; this includes search engine submissions, forum submissions, directory submissions or article submissions. NO POPUPS are allowed,no site-rotator, no sounds, no frame-breaking code, no inappropriate content (we determine what is appropriate). We reserve the right to stop a campaign at any time without refund. 

2.  Campaign start date - Due to variances in amounts of traffic purchased at different times, the starting date may fluctuate, and we are in no way to be held responsible if your campaign does not start by a specific date. Usually the campaign starts in maximum 24 hours. Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including popunder windows and javascript alert windows. If a popup window is installed on the URL at any time, RankBoosting.com may stop the campaign and you will not be entitled to a refund.  

3. RankBoosting.com will not deliver visitors to sites containing content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience. Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to, adult content, hate text, illegal content (in the US) and content that encourages illegal activities or violence. What constitutes inappropriate content shall be determined at the sole discretion of RankBoosting.com.

4.  RankBoosting.com will review your site before beginning the campaign. If your site is changed during the campaign such that it includes inappropriate content, RankBoosting.com may stop your campaign immediately, with no refund being payable. Client is financially responsible for every hit / traffic delivered to their website. You agree to pay for all traffic that was sent to you or your customer's website. All traffic/hits will be delivered to the website address submitted with the order. In the event that there is an error with the submitted URL, the Client will not hold RankBoosting.com or it's Partner Sites responsible for the error. Any traffic delivered to a Client's site reflecting the above error, will not be credited or entitled to a refund.  

5.  In the event that the Client's site becomes unavailable for any reason ("server is down or unavailable, timed out, or shows to be active but with internal server errors, 404 errors and other types of common or uncommon errors associated with the internet and its underlying infrastructure"), the Client will not hold RankBoosting.com or its Partner Sites responsible for these errors. All/Any traffic delivered to the Client's site during this down time will not be credited or refunded. We use a state of the art tracking system to track your campaign/package. Each order is given a unique campaign id and password which is used to track visitors to your site by day/time. When we provide an ad view, RankBoosting.com points the visitors to this campaign id.  

6.  The client understands that if the visitor viewing the the ad closes it before it finishes loading (due to network bandwidth, high impact graphics, animation or lack of interest on the visitors part etc.), IT WILL COUNT AS AN AD VIEW ON OUR SYSTEM, WE HAVE SENT YOUR SITE TO THE VISITOR AND HAVE THEREFORE FULFILLED OUR OBLIGATION. It is important to note that this scenario may not appear in your website statistics. RankBoosting.com cannot control the acts of the individuals viewing your site and will not be held responsible for these actions. Client understands that HIT COUNTERS on your site DO NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENT THE NUMBER OF VISITORS SENT TO YOUR SITE. This is due to the large amounts of traffic sent to the site in a relatively short timeframe.

7.  Client also understands that RankBoosting.com does not guarantee sales or signups and will not issue a refund if none are achieved. Client acknowledges that the order is for the stated term. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time after the stated term has ended. In the event that there is a discrepancy between the amount of traffic delivered by RankBoosting.com, and the amount of traffic delivered to the Client, on their behalf, RankBoosting.com and the client both agree to use the report prepared by our ("RankBoosting.com") campaign manager to be the official report.

8.  The client understands and acknowledges that the campaign report received by RankBoosting.com to be true and accurate and agrees to hold RankBoosting.com, it's parent company as well as all companies and individuals involved harmless for any unexpected results arising from any advertising campaign (or promotion package). Client also understands that technical support may not be available at the exact time in which the client initiates contact. It is our policy to respond to all e-mails within 24-48 hours.

9.  The client understands and acknowledges that the duration of the campaign/package may vary and the no. of hits/day are not constant, RankBoosting.com will not be held responsible for not delivering faster hits. RankBoosting.com reserves the right to choose the appropriate number of hits/day. 

10. The client agrees and accepts the article or the forum writings done by RankBoosting.com or it's partner sites as being correct and to the subject. You also understand that NO rewritings/corrections will be made if we consider that the article was written in a professional manner.

11. We don't guarantee that all directory or the search engine submissions will be accepted. RankBoosting.com will not republish them. The client understands that RankBoosting.com has no control over your submissions and that the approval depends on the directory or the search engine owner. RankBoosting.com will provide the client with the following statistics for their campaign/package: real time traffic stats, links pointing to articles or forum ads, links pointing to the main website for search engine and directory submissions. We will provide you with an e-mail address that was used for all submissions. You understand that not all search engines, directories, forums or article websites send confirmation e-mail. The client understands that all the submission will be visible after a period of time IF are approved and depend ONLY on their respective owners and NOT on us. RankBoosting.com will not be held responsible if this doesn't happen fast enough. Usually the submissions will be made in 2 weeks, depending on the no. of submissions.

12. We guarantee 100% MANUAL submissions for all search engine, forum, directory and article submissions. 

13. All writings done by you (forum/article body and subject) will be checked by RankBoosting.com. ALL ARTICLES OR FORUM ADS MUST BE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH and should contain a minimum of 300 words for article and 50 words for forum ad. Any inappropriate content (spam, warez, porn, adult and other content that is not suited for general audience) will be deleted. If your article is written in an visible advertising way RankBoosting.com may ask for a rewriting and you must comply in order to start your campaign. The client understands that the article and the forum ad (forum post) MUST be written in a professional manner, subjectively and grammatically correct. We reserve the right to pause a campaign if your article or forum ad violates our terms until you provide us with a new one. You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the article and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it. Your submission to RankBoosting.com gives unconditional permission for us to publish your article/forum ad on any website that we choose. We guarantee that your article and forum ad will be published IF it was accepted by RankBoosting.com and that it will stay published for at least one month starting from the payment day. We will republish your article or forum ad if it was deleted or was not found ONLY after 2 weeks of the starting date and only if it didn't stayed published for maximum one month starting from the PayPal payment date. We will chose where to republish your article or forum ad and may not be the same website. RankBossting.com will not be held responsible if the article or the forum ad was deleted after this period (1 month). 

14. RankBoosting.com will create 3 posts in your blog. This posts contains phrases from your website or related to it. The client understands and agrees with the content of the blog and the graphics. The client will be able to change the content after all manual submissions were made, RankBoosting.com will provide the client with the necessary user name and password to access the blog. All blogs will be created at blogspot.com

15. Even if this methods are a proven way of increasing your page rank, RankBoosting.com will not guarantee that this will happen and will not be held responsible if this will not happen.

16. Client agrees to these terms of service and understands that they are legally binding. RankBoosting.com will not promote spam, scam, hate, warez, hacking or any other site/offer that could be considered offensive to the most discriminate viewer. Any attempt to bypass our intended guidelines will result in account cancellation and no recourse for refund.
